I use this Bread Machine for the dough and this Mill Grain attachment for my Kitchen Aid make everything is so easy! It all takes 2 hours and is beyond easy!!!

Heather's Easy Bread
Equipment
- 1 bread machine
- 1 grain miller
Ingredients
- 1 cups water plus 3 Tablespoons
- 2 Tbsp Avocado or olive oil
- 1.5 Tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 3 & 1/4 Cup Flour I use 1 cup regular flour, 1cup Eirikorn flour, 1 1/4 milled wheat Berries (3/4c whole= 1 1/4c)
- 2 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
Instructions
- Add all of your wet ingredients Water, oil, honey, salt in the machine pan
- Then add the wheat berry flour first
- then the other 2 flours in any order
- Add Yeast on top
- Put the dough setting on for the bread machine it usually takes about 1.5 hours
- turn on oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a bread pan I use glass 4x8 pan
- Put bread into bread pan and bake for 30-40 mins then eat!
