I  love these fish tacos because they are so easy to make and fun to eat!  My children love making these too.  Win! Win!

The Best Fish Tacos

Easy to make fish tacos

Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 12 People

Ingredients
  

  • 20 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3/4 cup Cotija cheese, grated
  • 4 limes cut into 1/4
  • 20 fish fillets (I use beer battered from Gortons)

Sauce for tacos

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • Bake the fish filets.
  • Mix all the taco sauce ingredients together.
  • Chop up all the taco fixings and enjoy!

    Surprisingly, my family really enjoyed these fish tacos. The crunch of the fish really set this up to be delicious. I used Mission soft corn tortillas and toasted them in an iron skillet with a tiny bit of avocado oil before letting everyone fill their tacos with toppings. Thanks for sharing this recipe Heather.
