Easy Sausage Egg Bake

My family LOVES this easy Sausage Egg Bake and trust me it is worth the 10 minutes that it takes to throw this together!  You can even make the sausage the night before to make the mornings even easier!  This would be great for Sunday brunch, Christmas or Easter Brunch or when you have guest over for brunch!  

Easy Sausage Egg Bake

This Easy Egg dish is a family favorite and great for when you are having guest over for brunch! I hope you enjoy!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 50 minutes
Servings 8

Equipment

  • Bundt Pan
  • Big Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of croissant
  • 1 LBS Sausage Cooked
  • 2 cups Cheese (cheddar is a good one)
  • 12 egges
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Turn on oven to 350 degrees and butter the bundt pan
  • Cook Sausage (and add maple syrup when it is almost done, which is optional). While that is cooking do following steps.
  • Crack open eggs and scrabble them in a big bowl.
  • Open the cans of Croissant rolls and rip them into smaller pieces about the size of a silver dollar give or take not a big deal to get this right.
  • Add shredded cheese and mix!
  • Once Sausage is completely done add them to your egg mixture and mix.
  • Pour into the buttered Bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes uncovered.
  • When done let sit for about 5-10 mins then flip the bundt pan over on a serving plate cut and serve. It serves 8-10 people
