The Best Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 20 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3/4 cup Cotija cheese, grated
- 4 limes cut into 1/4
- 20 fish fillets (I use beer battered from Gortons)
Sauce for tacos
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Bake the fish filets.
- Mix all the taco sauce ingredients together.
- Chop up all the taco fixings and enjoy!

Surprisingly, my family really enjoyed these fish tacos. The crunch of the fish really set this up to be delicious. I used Mission soft corn tortillas and toasted them in an iron skillet with a tiny bit of avocado oil before letting everyone fill their tacos with toppings. Thanks for sharing this recipe Heather.
