Gingerbread Truffle Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 loaf ginger bread
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- caramel syrup
- gingerbread cookies
Instructions
- Make instant pudding, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cube ginger bread, spread pieces on bottom of bowl.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over ginger bread.
- Gently fold entire container Cool Whip into vanilla pudding.
- Place ginger bread cookies vertically against edges of bowl.
- Add whipped cream/pudding mixture.
- Repeat, adding one more layer of ginger bread and cream.
- Add ginger bread cookies on top for decoration.
Notes
I purchased ginger bread from Trader Joe's, but you can also make your own. I also used gingerbread men for layering and decorating.
