Gingerbread Truffle Bowls

Cool Whip

instant vanilla pudding
caramel syrup
gingerbread cookies
Instructions
Make instant pudding, let sit for 5 minutes.
Cube ginger bread, spread pieces on bottom of bowl.
Drizzle caramel syrup over ginger bread.
Gently fold entire container Cool Whip into vanilla pudding.
Place ginger bread cookies vertically against edges of bowl.
Add whipped cream/pudding mixture.
Repeat, adding one more layer of ginger bread and cream.
Add ginger bread cookies on top for decoration.
Notes
I purchased ginger bread from Trader Joe's, but you can also make your own. I also used gingerbread men for layering and decorating.
