Gingerbread Truffle Bowl

These gingerbread truffle bowls are a real crowd pleaser! They are perfect for a Christmas party, potluck, or just enjoying with your own family. As a bonus, there’s no baking involved! It’s such an easy, delicious dish! I hope you enjoy.

Gingerbread Truffle Bowls

Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf ginger bread
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • caramel syrup
  • gingerbread cookies

Instructions
 

  • Make instant pudding, let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Cube ginger bread, spread pieces on bottom of bowl.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup over ginger bread.
  • Gently fold entire container Cool Whip into vanilla pudding.
  • Place ginger bread cookies vertically against edges of bowl.
  • Add whipped cream/pudding mixture.
  • Repeat, adding one more layer of ginger bread and cream.
  • Add ginger bread cookies on top for decoration.

Notes

I purchased ginger bread from Trader Joe's, but you can also make your own. I also used gingerbread men for layering and decorating.
